A pastry chef who makes beautiful cakes
“I am a pastry chef who makes beautiful cakes, as opposed to an artist who happens to bake cake. As someone who is a classically trained pastry chef, I believe that your cake should taste as fresh and unforgettably delicious as it is beautiful to look at.”— Michelle Ashear Klem, Pastry Chef / OwnerGet in touch
